Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a sharp Google Ads and Meta Ads specialist to create, manage and optimise our paid campaigns. This is a fully remote role — work from anywhere, own your outcomes.

What the work looks like

• Campaigns are already live — your job is to audit, optimise, and improve performance
• Periodic reviews and reporting on key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
• Occasional new campaign setups as we expand services and offerings

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads — preferably for B2B or tech products & services
• Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Comfortable reading performance data and making decisions from it
• Self-driven — works independently without needing constant supervision
