If you’ve spent the last few years deep in Google Ads, understand how to think beyond dashboards, and are comfortable owning outcomes while working with US-based clients, this might be a strong fit.

• Lead and manage performance campaigns end-to-end, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Work directly with US clients — strategy calls, reporting, expectations, and performance conversations.
• Drive results across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads (multi-channel thinking matters).
• Translate business goals into clear performance strategies, not just execution plans.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve outcomes.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize — you’re someone who questions, experiments, and improves.

• 4–5 years of solid hands-on experience, especially in Google Ads.
• Proven experience handling international (US) clients independently.
• Strong communication — you’re comfortable explaining strategy, not just reporting numbers.
• Someone who can handle a team or mentor juniors, even if informally.
• You don’t wait for instructions — you take ownership and move fast.
• You’re not an executor — you bring ideas, POVs, and direction.
• Curious about AI-first marketing tools, automation, and evolving ad ecosystems.
• Comfortable in a startup environment — things move fast, expectations are high, and roles are fluid.
