Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in the Mohali district. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and adjusting bidding and creative strategies to meet campaign objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with content, design, and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives and the overall sales funnel. The individual in this position will prepare regular performance reports, identify insights, and recommend actions to continuously improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.
Experience Required : 2 + Years
Job Description
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Analyze competitors’ PPC strategies to gain insights and identify opportunities.
- Experienced in writing compelling ad copy and engaging ad creatives.
- Plan and form effective paid search strategies.
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Monitor, track, and report on key PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Implement and track conversion goals and metrics.
- Should be proactive and open to work and grow with the organisation.
