Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Manage lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness campaigns

Conduct audience research, targeting & retargeting strategies

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads for better ROI

Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences

Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives

Track campaign insights and prepare performance reports

Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools & algorithm updates

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
• 
  
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign structures
• 
  
• Experience with lead generation, conversion tracking & retargeting
• 
  
• Knowledge of ad optimization, budget scaling & audience segmentation
• 
  
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data analysis skills

• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously

• Basic understanding of creative strategy for ads
