Role Summary:
At Nua, we are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented candidate, who will drive new, efficient ways to acquire and retain customers. As the Performance Marketing Manager (D2C) for Nua, you will help shape and scale our digital marketing and growth efforts. The ideal candidate for this role would be a highly collaborative, data-driven professional who can create an efficient marketing mix across digital channels (social and search) to maximise marketing ROI. He/she should be able to think on his/her feet, have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be an expert in growth hacking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the budget allocation, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns on our
D2C channel, to drive user acquisition and sales growth
● Lead user acquisition for the D2C channel, e.g., website
● Execute campaigns across channels, including performance marketing (Facebook,
Instagram, Google - Display/ Shopping/ Search/ YouTube/ Discovery, SEO/SEM and other
social channels, Programmatic) to meet key performance metrics
● Manage brand and top of funnel budgets and campaigns on digital channels
● Manage measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and
assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
● Collaborate with website/D2C stakeholders (Product, Retention) and external stakeholders
(e.g., Creative, Category Managers, Finance, etc)
● Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimise user funnels
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize
spend and performance based on the insights.
Requirements:
● 4+ years of performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook,
Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing. Appreciation of Programmatic Marketing
preferred.
● Technical degree, with a consistent track record in quantitative fields
● A strong understanding of P&L and key business metrics
● Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or
relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies
● A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with A/B testing & multivariate experiments
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Similar Web)
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
