This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance data. The role will require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and drive business growth.

• Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Experience with Paid Campaigns
• Strong understanding of Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Performance Metrics
• Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Project Management, Budget Management, and Campaign Optimization skills
• Experience with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sector is advantageous
