GrowthRails is a GTM Studio that is helping B2B Startups and businesses with lead generation and design. We are a brand new firm. Have been in the market for 7 months now. And yes we still don't have a website of our own (but build websites for others - that's the irony of life). We are growing at a pace where we are unable to onboard any more clients and therefore slowly but steadily expanding our team. We work with clients in India and in the US. Our clients range from BSE listed companies to YC backed companies in the US. We are looking for a growth/performance marketing/digital marketing/marketing (call it what you like) person who basically is the KING/Queen of Google Ads (and a well rounded marketer in general). 


Digital Marketing Manager 

We are looking for a T-Shaped Marketer who specialises in Paid Ads (especially Google Ads) but also has knowledge in additional areas within marketing (This can be SEO, Website building, Social Media etc). 


Who is a right fit for this role?


You're at the right place if: 

  • if you're a failed business owner (and an expert at Google Ads) who is looking to get his/her hands dirty  
  • If you've worked in an agency and handled budgets of over 50 Lakhs 
  • If you can completely own and handle tasks on your own without micromanaging 
  • You have high bias-to-action 
  • if you're someone who wants to join a SaaS company and not getting an opportunity (use this as a launchpad

 Criteria/Must Haves:

  • Minimum Experience needed 4 Years (so 4-6 years might be a good fit) 
  • Specialist in Google Ads (Keyword research, Campaign Setup, Campaign Optimization, Conversion Setup via Tag Manager). Bonus if you have worked in a B2B Startup or at an agency where you have run ads for a B2B company
  • Knowledge to use LLMs - Claude, OpenAI (We need someone who really understand how to prompt)
  • Knowledge around how websites are built and the processes involved
  • Good communication (This is absolutely critical) 
  • Up To date with latest trends across Paid Media, SEO etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own KPIs across marketing for various clients (primary KPI that we focus on is leads)
  • Work closely with design to develop a landing page for the paid campaigns
  • Work closely with the development team to get them developed
  • Lead the efforts around Marketing for GrowthRails
  • Work with the content team to figure out the content for the needed (Use LLMs to write content if needed)
  • Project manage multiple clients along with deliverables 


Good to have: 

  • Search Engine Optimization/Generative Engine Optimization knowledge
  • If you've built a blog/YouTube channel or have proven to have some distribution of your own (or maybe even a small startup or your own business). 


Salary budget: Our salary budgets are 5-7 Lakhs for this role.
