Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently for maximum ROI
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Identify gaps and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Scale campaigns based on performance insights

Funnel & Conversion Thinking

  • Collaborate with design and content teams for: Ad creatives, Landing pages, Lead journeys
  • Suggest improvements in funnels and user experience to increase conversions

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Share actionable insights (not just numbers)
  • Present updates internally and, if required, to clients

Team Leadership & Expansion

  • Manage and mentor junior performance marketers
  • Build and scale the performance marketing team
  • Define workflows, roles, and processes
  • Ensure quality control across all campaigns
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Create SOPs to reduce dependency on individuals


Requirements

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Proven track record in lead generation / ROI-driven campaigns
  • Experience in handling and scaling a performance marketing team
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset
