Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes numbers. Someone who doesn’t just

run campaigns—but scales them.

Expertise: Real estate focused performance marketing

What you’ll do:

• Plan & execute Meta and Google ad campaigns

• Manage budgets, bidding, and performance optimization

• Analyze funnels, improve conversions, and drive ROAS

• Track performance through GA4, Pixel, and attribution tools

• Deliver actionable insights—not just reports

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Search + Display)

• Solid understanding of GA4, tracking, and attribution

• Experience working with/scaling D2C brands

• Data-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach
