Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who has owned large-scale budgets and can drive measurable growth across paid channels. You will lead end-to-end demand generation, optimize acquisition funnels, and scale campaigns across geographies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, experimentation, and building high-ROI marketing engines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Manage and optimize large advertising budgets (β‚Ή2.5–3 Cr+ total spend experience required)
  • Drive lead generation and user acquisition with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI
  • Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (Awareness β†’ Acquisition β†’ Activation β†’ Conversion)
  • Execute ICP-led targeting, segmentation, and ABM strategies
  • Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to improve funnel efficiency and lead quality
  • Leverage data insights to refine channel mix, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
  • Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, GTM, CRM integrations) for accurate attribution
  • Scale both inbound and outbound campaigns, including remarketing and email nurture flows


Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing
  • Proven track record of managing β‚Ή2.5–3 Cr+ total ad budgets
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Paid acquisition across B2B and/or B2C
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, demand generation, and ROI optimization
  • Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and attribution models
  • Experience with full-funnel marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
