Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ROI, and conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities. Other daily tasks include managing digital ad platforms, identifying key performance indicators, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Responsibilities also encompass budget management, A/B testing, and reporting campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Advertising, Paid Social Media Campaigns, and Google Ads Management
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Evaluation, and Reporting
• Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and practices
• Strong skills in A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Experience in the textile or retail industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of current trends in performance marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
