TailBlaze is hiring: Performance Marketing Lead 🐶📈

We’re looking for someone who can do more than 'run ads.'

Someone who understands:

creative testing, Meta campaigns, CAC, funnels, landing pages, ROAS, MER, and how to turn performance into actual revenue.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who likes building from 0→1, not just reporting numbers in pretty dashboards.

• Meta-first paid growth
• Creative testing and ad iterations
• CAC, ROAS, MER and funnel analysis
• Landing page and conversion improvements
• Retargeting, audience testing and budget discipline
• Working closely with content, design and founders

• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
• D2C / ecommerce performance marketing exposure
• Ability to think beyond platform dashboards
• Good creative judgment
• Strong ownership and startup speed
• Someone who can test, learn, scale, and cut what doesn’t work

Role: Performance Marketing Lead – D2C Growth

Location: Ahmedabad

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–6 years

Compensation: ₹7L–₹10L fixed + performance-linked upside
