Scalite Partners is a lean team of marketing and growth leaders working closely with high-potential brands at their scaling stage.
We currently work with 50+ growing brands across D2C, consumer, and emerging categories, and have collectively driven ₹200+ Cr in topline impact through focused, outcome-driven growth initiatives.
At Scalite, we don’t operate like a traditional agency.
We act as marketing co-founders to brands — partnering with founders and leadership teams to manage end-to-end growth, spanning performance marketing, funnel strategy, conversion optimisation, and long-term scalability.
Our ambition is clear:
By the end of 2027, Scalite Partners aims to build a stellar team of 50 marketing and creative leaders, powering 100 brands and contributing ₹500+ Cr of positive business impact annually.
About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who is an executor at heart — someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning numbers, and building real momentum for brands.
This role goes beyond running campaigns. You’ll work closely with founders, take ownership of growth metrics, and play a key role in shaping how brands scale.
We are looking for professionals who combine strong execution mindset with solid performance marketing fundamentals.

- Technical & Functional Requirements
- Strong understanding of the full performance marketing funnel
- From acquisition to conversion, retention, and scale — not just campaign-level optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with high-scale creative operations for Meta Ads
- Including creative testing frameworks, iterations, fatigue management, and scaling winners.
- Solid understanding of Meta & Google Ads platforms
- Including campaign structures, bidding strategies, audiences, attribution, and performance diagnostics.
- Strong fundamentals of modern performance advertising approaches
- Including full-funnel thinking, creative-led scaling, signal quality, and account consolidation strategies.
- Understanding of first-party data and Conversion APIs (CAPI)
- How server-side tracking, event quality, and data signals improve performance and stability.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C brands
- Demonstrable experience growing spends, revenue, and efficiency across one or more D2C businesses.
Key Skills:
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Full-funnel performance marketing strategy (acquisition → conversion → retention)
- Scaling D2C brands with focus on CAC, LTV, contribution margin & profitability
- Budget planning, spend scaling, and performance forecasting
Paid Media Platforms
- Meta Ads (ASC, broad targeting, creative-led scaling, audience strategy)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Campaign structuring, bidding strategies, and attribution understanding
Creative & CRO Skills
- High-scale creative testing and iteration for Meta Ads
- Understanding of ad fatigue, creative hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks
- Landing page and website conversion optimisation fundamentals
- Ability to identify conversion leaks across the funnel
Data, Tracking & Tech
- Strong understanding of first-party data
- Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and server-side tracking fundamentals
- Pixel health, event prioritisation, and signal quality optimisation
- Performance analysis using GA4, dashboards, and platform reporting
Execution & Ownership
- Hands-on execution mindset with high accountability
- Problem-solving and diagnostic thinking when performance drops
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes without hand-holding
- Clear communication with founders and leadership teams
Learning & Adaptability
- Staying updated with evolving performance marketing trends and platform changes
- Experimentation mindset with structured testing approaches
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on data and business context
