About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can take ownership of client growth through paid media channels. This role requires a data-driven marketer who understands performance marketing deeply and can lead strategy, execution, and optimisation across multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, conversion optimisation, and analytics, along with the ability to manage a team and deliver measurable ROI for clients.
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies, including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities for client brands based on data and market insights.
- Plan media budgets and allocation strategies for maximum ROI.
- Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise:
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Shopify / CRM dashboards
- Generate performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Identify performance trends and implement data-backed improvements.
- Work closely with designers and creative strategists to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide clear creative briefs including:
- Hooks
- Messaging angles
- Offer positioning
- Audience insights
- Continuously test UGC, static, carousel, and video creatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance marketing clients.
- Present campaign performance and strategy during weekly or monthly review calls.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and next-step strategies.
- Lead and mentor performance marketing specialists within the team.
- Review campaign setups and optimization strategies.
- Ensure team members follow best practices and SOPs.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a marketing agency is preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Conversion tracking setup (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Landing page optimization
- Budget allocation and scaling strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- LTV
- CAC
- Ability to turn data into actionable growth insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience managing D2C / eCommerce brands.
- Experience working with Shopify stores.
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks.
- Exposure to AI tools for marketing optimisation.
