Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Faridabad. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, converting leads into clients, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include making sales calls, following up on leads, demonstrating product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
