Role Description This full-time Performance Marketing Associate role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The associate will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, tracking key performance indicators, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, conducting market and audience analysis, and testing different creatives and messaging to improve return on investment. The Performance Marketing Associate will also support broader marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and coordinate with external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and channels, and to develop targeted performance marketing strategies.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to align campaigns with business objectives, support lead generation, and contribute to conversion and revenue goals.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and track multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and basic data analysis is beneficial.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize based on insights are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles is an advantage but motivated early-career candidates are also encouraged to apply.
