Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Run A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ads.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
Identify new growth opportunities in paid acquisition channels.
Stay updated with latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.

Strong understanding of campaign optimization and analytics.

Education

MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing is preferred.
