Performance Marketing & E-commerce Analyst

Anyone can run Meta ads.

Very few can scale them profitably.

We’re building Skyrrup, a fast-growing D2C brand, and looking for someone who can own growth — not just campaigns.

If you understand both performance marketing + e-commerce numbers, this role is for you.

• Run and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads
• Optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
• Analyze the full funnel: Traffic → Add to Cart → Purchase
• Identify drop-offs and improve website conversion rate (CVR)
• Work with creatives to develop high-performing ads
• Turn data into insights and real business decisions

• 5-6 years in Performance Marketing / D2C / E-commerce
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Solid understanding of customer journey & funnels
• Comfortable working with GA4, data, and performance metrics
• Someone who takes ownership of revenue, not just execution

• ROAS
• CAC
• Conversion Rate (CVR)
• AOV
• Revenue from paid channels
