Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing strategies to drive growth and optimize campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, conducting competitor analysis, and optimizing content for conversion. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience in performance marketing, including SEM, PPC, and social media advertising Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making skills Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies Proven ability to create and manage advertising campaigns within budget constraints Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus Experience in running Meta and Google ads of at least 2-4 years
