Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role located in Coimbatore. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive measurable outcomes. Daily tasks include implementing campaign strategies, analyzing data to optimize performance, creating ad content, and managing budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and monitor campaign KPIs will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performance marketing, including PPC campaigns, paid social, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, campaign tracking, and ROI optimization
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
• Creative skills for ad content creation, including copywriting and visual asset collaboration
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Proven experience in A/B testing and growth marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with marketing technologies (MarTech) and an understanding of the e-commerce landscape are advantageous
