🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager with hands-on experience in EdTech product development, especially in building structured learning courses. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to execution — with a strong focus on user experience and learning outcomes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of EdTech products (courses, platforms, learning modules)
• Design and structure holistic development programs (language, cognitive, creative learning)
• Collaborate with content, design, tech, and marketing teams
• Define product roadmap, strategy, and execution plans
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve product experience
• Work on AI-based and structured learning models (Level-wise progression)
• Monitor product performance, engagement, and learning outcomes
• Ensure timely delivery and continuous product improvement

✅ Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in EdTech Product Management (mandatory)
• Strong experience in structured curriculum/course development
• Understanding of early education / K-12 learning ecosystem
• Experience with digital learning platforms or LMS
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools is a plus
