People Transition Lead (HR Operations)

Hiring: People Transition Lead

We are looking for a People Transition Lead to manage employee onboarding, background verification, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding activities while ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining processes for new hires.
• Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) activities.
• Review related reports and trackers and ensure adherence to defined TAT.
• Ensure smooth employee transitions, including transfers, role changes, and status updates.
• Manage employee separation and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3.5–6 years of experience in:
• HR Operations
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Background Verification
• Staffing / Talent Solutions Industry
