Hiring: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Arabian Aroma is a fast-growing perfume and personal fragrance brand, serving lakhs of customers across our website, marketplaces, and offline channels. We are looking for an energetic and ownership-driven HR Executive / HR Generalist who can help us build, manage, and retain a strong team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, marketing, operations, sales, support, and backend roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and close positions on time.
  • Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, and employee records.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, employee database, and basic HR MIS.
  • Support performance tracking, probation reviews, and employee feedback processes.
  • Help implement company policies, work discipline, attendance rules, and reporting structures.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and basic HR support.
  • Coordinate with management to improve team productivity, accountability, and workplace culture.
  • Support employee engagement, internal communication, and team coordination activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup, D2C brand, e-commerce company, retail company, or agency setup.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee coordination.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, HR trackers, and basic productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and good at documentation.
  • Should be comfortable working closely with founders and department heads.

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for creative, marketing, performance marketing, content, graphic design, operations, customer support, or marketplace roles.
  • Understanding of attendance, HR policies, offer letters, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Experience in a growing startup environment.
