Location: Dehradun Experience Required: 4-6 years Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office About The Role We are seeking an experienced and self-driven HR People Partner to manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition activities for our Dehradun office. The role requires close collaboration with business and functional leaders to ensure smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities People Partnering Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Drive employee engagement, grievance management, and retention initiatives. Partner with leadership to address workforce planning, performance, and development needs. Support and facilitate performance management cycles and talent review discussions. Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure timely closures. Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. Utilize various sourcing platforms and tools to attract quality talent. HR Operations Oversee HR operational activities including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Manage employee onboarding, background verification, and exit formalities. Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Compliance and Governance Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and HR audits. Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Skills And Competencies Strong understanding of HR operations and talent acquisition processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
