Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented People and Culture Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive work culture, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee experiences across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives related to employee relations, engagement, payroll, and celebrations while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Pay Scale: Upto INR 5 LPA (Depending on the profile)

Responsibilities:

Own en-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management to ensure timely closure of open roles

Partner with hiring managers and manage hiring pipeline: tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the process

Support HR operations and employee experience: payroll coordination, employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Strong communicator who takes initiative, builds candidate pipelines, and works closely with hiring managers to close roles

Resourceful and proactive with the drive to hire great talent in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
