Paytm - Sales Executive (Life Insurance)

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Executive specialized in Life Insurance to join our dynamic team at Paytm in New Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months -2 years of experience in insurance sales who are eager to develop their career and contribute to our company’s success by providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

• Identify potential customers and conduct need-based selling of life insurance policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Navigate through policy options to provide clients with tailored insurance solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and enhancements in the life insurance sector.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to monitor business performance.

• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, services, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, applications, and administrative procedures associated with sales operations.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating product benefits and convincing potential clients.
• Adept at data analysis for sales trends and client management purposes.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload efficiently.

6 months -2 years of experience in the field of life insurance sales or related areas is required.

This position requires an in-office presence during standard business hours.

This is a full-time role located in New Delhi.
