Payroll Specialist

Position: Payroll Executive

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client organizations.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
• Generate payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain employee payroll records with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

• Minimum 4–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

• Work Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
