Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements
- Support the Payroll Manager in ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payrollrelated laws and regulations
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 0+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with payroll processing in a large organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
