Job Summary
The ERP Payroll Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the
payroll module within the ERP system. The role involves understanding client payroll processes,
ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering efficient payroll solutions aligned with business
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client payroll requirements and map them to ERP system capabilities
Configure and implement the Payroll module as per business processes
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
Handle payroll structure setup including salary components, deductions, and benefits
Support end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, leave, salary calculation, payslip
generation)
Integrate payroll with other modules like HR, Finance, and Attendance systems
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support client during sign-off
Provide user training and documentation
Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support
Coordinate with development team for customization if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in ERP Payroll implementation/support
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with any ERP product.
Good understanding of salary structures, taxation, and labor laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Knowledge of integrations (biometric, attendance systems)
Skills: documentation,esic,statutory compliances,salary,payroll,erp,tax deducted at source (tds)
