Known for excellence in Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Law, the firm advises leading Indian and international clients on complex, high‑value mandates.

• Draft and prosecute patent applications across technical domains
• Conduct patentability, novelty, FTO analyses, and prior art searches
• Advise clients on patent strategy and IP protection
• Ensure compliance with Indian and international patent laws
• Work closely with inventors, clients, and internal legal teams
  

• Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
• Strong experience in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution
• Sound knowledge of Indian patent law
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Experience in other IPR areas is a plus
