Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to airline passengers at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as providing information and assistance to passengers throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
• Ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and handling
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle any passenger complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
