Job Title: Parts Sales Manager / – Aftermarket Parts (Crushing, Screening & Heavy Equipment / Crusher Spares)

Location: Pune

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional in Parts Sales for crushing, screening, or heavy equipment machinery. The role involves driving aftermarket spare parts sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting service teams to ensure timely parts availability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive spare parts sales for crushing, screening, and mining equipment.
  • Identify and generate aftermarket sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with quarry owners, contractors, mining operators, and plant operators.
  • Prepare and follow up on parts quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with service and technical teams to support customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for spare parts and consumables.
  • Maintain proper CRM updates, sales reports, and customer database.
  • Support field service teams with parts planning and inventory coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in parts sales / aftermarket sales in crushing equipment, mining equipment, construction equipment, or heavy machinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of crusher spares, wear parts, and plant equipment components.
  • Good network with quarries, mining companies, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in crusher / mining / aggregate / construction equipment industry.
  • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
