We are looking for a well-connected insurance professional who understands the distribution ecosystem inside-outβ€”Agency, DSAs, and especially Broker channels.

Your core mission:

πŸ‘‰ Build, activate, and scale partnerships by embedding our health product into existing insurance offerings sold by brokers and DSAs.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities
  • 🀝 Build & Manage Strategic PartnershipsDevelop strong relationships with Insurance Brokers, DSAs, and Agency Leaders
  • Leverage existing network to unlock high-value tie-ups
  • πŸ“ˆ Drive Revenue via Embedded SalesEnable partners to bundle/append our health product with their ongoing insurance sales
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across partner portfolios
  • πŸš€ Channel ExpansionOnboard new brokers, DSAs, and distribution partners
  • Strengthen presence across key insurance ecosystems
  • 🧠 Partner EnablementTrain partner teams on product positioning and sales pitch
  • Drive adoption through structured engagement and performance tracking
  • πŸ“Š Performance OwnershipTrack partner-wise revenue, conversion ratios, and productivity
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales and activation targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • βœ”οΈ 6+ years of experience in Insurance Sales / Partnerships
  • βœ”οΈ Strong existing relationships with Brokers & DSAs (must-have)
  • βœ”οΈ Deep understanding of:
  • Agency Model
  • DSA Model
  • Broker Distribution
  • βœ”οΈ Proven track record of:
  • Closing partnerships
  • Driving revenue through indirect channels
  • βœ”οΈ Ability to open doors, influence stakeholders, and close deals independently
πŸ’‘ Ideal Candidate
  • Comes with an active network of brokers & DSAs
  • Has experience in product embedding / cross-selling in insurance
  • Is a hunter + relationship builder
  • Can operate with ownership and minimal supervision
