Partnerships and Social Media Intern

We work closely with high-growth startups and technology companies to help them hire exceptional talent across business, technology, AI, product, marketing, and leadership roles. Our goal is simple—help ambitious companies build exceptional teams while creating an outstanding experience for every candidate and client we work with.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, proactive, and ambitious intern who can help strengthen our brand, create engaging content, and build meaningful relationships with founders and startup leaders.

• Research high-growth startups and potential clients.
• Build founder and hiring manager outreach lists.
• Reach out to founders via LinkedIn and email.
• Schedule partnership meetings.
• Maintain CRM and outreach trackers.
• Support business development initiatives.

• Brainstorm fresh content ideas for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan weekly content calendars.
• Stay updated with startup, hiring, and recruitment trends.
• Identify content opportunities that improve brand visibility and engagement.

• Design graphics, carousels, hiring creatives, and stories using Canva.
• Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Assist with photography, behind-the-scenes content, and office updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with RemDesk's visual identity and brand voice.

• Manage RemDesk's LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor engagement and community interactions.
• Support employer branding campaigns and hiring announcements.

• Design creatives for open roles.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives.
• Showcase client success stories and team milestones.
• Help improve candidate engagement across platforms.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Comfortable speaking with founders and professionals.
• Self-driven, organised, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
