Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute channel partner strategy aligned with Denave’s business goals for International Market
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners, resellers, and alliances for different international geography
- Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue growth across assigned regions
Partner Enablement & Management
- Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and go-to-market support
- Conduct partner trainings, workshops, and quarterly business reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and conversions
- Ensure achievement of channel revenue targets and KPIs
Go-to-Market & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns, events, and lead generation
- Support partner participation in webinars, roadshows, and industry events
- Gather market and partner feedback to refine offerings
Reporting
- Maintain accurate partner data, forecasts, and reports
- Ensure compliance with Denave’s partner policies and processes
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 6 –10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management / Alliances
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and partner ecosystems in international geography is required
- Experience working with resellers, system integrator, and strategic alliances
- Proven ability to drive partner-led revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market, or Enterprise Sales environments
- Exposure to Technology, SaaS, Consulting, or Managed Services
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
