Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute channel partner strategy aligned with Denave’s business goals for International Market
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners, resellers, and alliances for different international geography
  • Drive partner-led pipeline and revenue growth across assigned regions


Partner Enablement & Management

  • Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and go-to-market support
  • Conduct partner trainings, workshops, and quarterly business reviews
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and conversions
  • Ensure achievement of channel revenue targets and KPIs


Go-to-Market & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns, events, and lead generation
  • Support partner participation in webinars, roadshows, and industry events
  • Gather market and partner feedback to refine offerings


Reporting

  • Maintain accurate partner data, forecasts, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Denave’s partner policies and processes


✅ Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 –10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management / Alliances
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and partner ecosystems in international geography is required
  • Experience working with resellers, system integrator, and strategic alliances
  • Proven ability to drive partner-led revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market, or Enterprise Sales environments
  • Exposure to Technology, SaaS, Consulting, or Managed Services
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
