Paralegal (Global Employment Laws Team)

The Infosys Legal Team is seeking a paralegal for its Global Employment Law team, which has responsibility for all employment law matters of the Infosys group.

Location: Bangalore

Primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage and track the team’s projects and/or litigations and prepare and assist with monthly billing and reporting requirements;
• Open and maintain case files in Legal Tracker case management database, legal memos database, and in other applications;
• First-level draft and review of documents to validate adherence to guidelines and processes;
• Support in compliance efforts with internal contract management tools;
• Support on organizational initiatives;
• Assist in developing legal department’s best practices;
• Support invoice reconciliation and monitoring of external counsel fees;
• Other legal and administrative projects as needed.

Expanded responsibilities possible depending on your interests and experience. You will work regularly with teams across the globe. Both, excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach, is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds in multiple time zones.

Qualification:

Basic

• Ability to work with professionals across the globe.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and organization skills.
• Experience supporting multiple lawyers.

Preferred

• Proficiency with Thompson Reuters Legal Tracker or similar case management/billing database
• Experience with Office 365.
• Experience with contract management tools.
