Budget Handled: More than 15 lakhs on Google Ads on Monthly Basis.

Job Description:

Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve high ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing) campaigns
• Perform campaign optimization to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance
• Monitor and analyze PPC performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, including identification and implementation of negative keywords
• Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend
• Track performance using Google Analytics and Ads reports
• Continuously test and refine campaigns for maximum ROI
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong expertise in Google AdWords / Google Ads
• In-depth understanding of CTR, CPA, PPC, ROAS, CPM
• Experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Knowledge of negative keywords and bidding strategies
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and performance reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and growth
• Good communication and coordination skills
