Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Paid Media Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

This role requires someone who can think beyond campaign setup — connecting performance marketing with business outcomes such as leads, bookings, reservations, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing budgets, interpreting data, guiding campaign strategy, and collaborating with creative and content teams.

Experience working with lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, or experience-led brands will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify growth opportunities through audience targeting, channel selection, and campaign structuring.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to drive effective campaigns.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage multiple campaigns across platforms ensuring optimal performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement real-time improvements.
  • Design and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.

Creative & Performance Alignment

  • Work closely with content, creative and brand solution teams to develop effective ad copies and creatives.
  • Guide A/B testing strategies across creatives, formats, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and brand strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Use data to identify patterns, improve targeting, and enhance ROI.

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns operate within allocated budgets while maximizing performance outcomes.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, creative, and strategy teams.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members or executives on campaign execution and optimization.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube advertising.
  • Experience in campaign strategy, scaling performance campaigns, and budget management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or experience-led brands.
  • Familiarity with reservation-driven or footfall-driven marketing funnels.
  • Experience managing multi-location or hospitality campaigns.
