Role Overview

 

We are looking for a commercially driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid media acquisition and member engagement across Kids Pass’ digital marketing channels. 


This role will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns that drive both trial acquisition and in-life member engagement, ensuring strong performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other performance marketing platforms. 


Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role will focus on improving campaign efficiency, testing velocity and acquisition scalability, ensuring Kids Pass continues to acquire new members while also supporting engagement with existing members in a cost-efficient and commercially effective way. 


The role will also work closely with CRM, Social Media and Content teams to ensure paid media activity is supported by strong landing pages, creative assets and campaign messaging. 


Key Responsibilities

 

Paid Media Strategy & Ownership 


  • Own and manage paid media activity across key platforms including Google Ads, Meta and TikTok 
  • Develop and optimise campaign structures to maximise trial acquisition and member engagement while maintaining strong CPA/ROAS performance 
  • Identify opportunities to expand acquisition through new campaign types, audiences and targeting strategies 
  • Develop paid media activity that supports both new member growth and in-life engagement with existing members 
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding, targeting and budgets to improve results 


Campaign Optimisation & Testing 


  • Run structured testing across audiences, creative and landing pages to improve conversion and engagement rates 
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks across ad copy, creative formats and targeting approaches 
  • Identify opportunities to improve both trial conversion and member engagement performance across paid channels 
  • Use campaign insights to inform broader marketing decisions around messaging, creative and audience targeting 


Performance & Reporting 


  • Track and report on campaign performance across key metrics including CPA, conversion rate, engagement and ROAS 
  • Maintain strong visibility across campaign performance and budget allocation 
  • Identify performance trends and provide recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and member engagement 
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure paid media activity aligns with wider commercial priorities 


Cross-Team Collaboration 


  • Work closely with the Design, Social Media and Content teams to ensure strong creative supply for paid campaigns 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align paid media activity with wider marketing campaigns 
  • Work with Product and Digital teams to optimise landing pages and conversion paths 
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure paid campaigns support lifecycle messaging and member engagement initiatives 


Requirements 


  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok 
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including CPA optimisation, conversion tracking and campaign testing 
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and optimising campaigns based on performance data 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics 
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels and collaborating with creative and content teams 


Skills & Attributes 


  • Strong commercial understanding of customer acquisition and digital marketing performance 
  • Comfortable working with marketing analytics tools and campaign reporting 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and testing streams simultaneously 
  • Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making 
  • Collaborative approach when working with creative, content, CRM and marketing teams 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
