Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the "pipes and brains" of our client solutions. You won't just be maintaining pipelines—you’ll be architecting them. You will sit at the intersection of traditional Data Engineering and modern automation, building the infrastructure that powers enterprise-grade reporting and decision-making.

• Architect ETL/ELT Pipelines: Design and maintain robust data orchestration workflows that ingest, clean, and process large-scale datasets.
• Advanced Analytics & Visualization: Develop high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports, translating raw data into actionable executive insights using DAX and Power Query.
• Database Mastery: Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries and stored procedures for high-performance enterprise applications.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and scale data solutions within the Azure ecosystem (utilizing tools like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Functions and Container Apps).
• Technical Documentation: Maintain high standards for technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure system reliability.

• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a related technical role.
• SQL Pro: Deep understanding of relational database design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Python Expert: Proficiency in Python with a focus on writing clean, modular, and efficient code for data manipulation.
• Data Visualization: Proven experience building complex, automated reports in Power BI.
• Problem Solver: Ability to take a vague business problem and architect a technical data solution from scratch.
• Location: Ability to work full-time in-office in New Delhi.

• Modern Stack: Experience with automation platforms like n8n or cloud-native data warehousing.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based collaboration.
• Web Frameworks: Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask for data delivery.
• Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
