Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Chennai Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, developing ad copies, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Search Advertising, Display Advertising, and Social Media Advertising
• Skills in Campaign Optimization, Analytical Tools, and Performance Tracking
• Experience in A/B Testing, Budget Management, and ROI Analysis
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
