Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operations & Assembly: Manage drone assembly, enforce SOPs, and meet production targets.
• Vendor Management: Handle procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure ISO compliance and maintain consistent product quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train assembly technicians, promoting operational excellence.
• Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols during drone assembly and maintenance.
• Inventory Management & Reporting: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports related to production and inventory.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with FPV drone assembly and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to lead a team, train technicians, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to handle inventory control and ensure timely component delivery.
• Skilled in optimizing production processes, tracking KPIs, and maintaining quality control.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, especially when handling drones and electronics.
