Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Erode. The Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, supervising staff for excellent customer service, and streamlining operations for optimal efficiency. The role also involves training staff to maintain high standards in service and operational management while addressing patient needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee and improve daily hospital operations
- Experience in Training and developing staff to enhance performance and service quality
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management or a related field
- Prior experience in a healthcare or eye care setting is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Erode with a commitment to high-quality patient care
