Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO, located at Connaught Place. The PA will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. The role also involves clerical tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and acting as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and other stakeholders.

- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Excellent Clerical Skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools for organization
- Prior experience as an assistant to senior management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
