We are seeking a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, manage sales activities, and work towards achieving monthly and annual targets. Responsibilities include recruiting and training a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisitions, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying opportunities to enhance branch performance. You will also manage customer relationships and foster collaborations with local business partners to drive overall growth.

You will also manage customer relationships and foster collaborations with local business partners to drive overall growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and target achievement
- Team Management and Leadership skills, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a sales team
- Knowledge of Housing Finance or Banking sector regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant market trends
- Customer Relationship Management capabilities, with a strong ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Proficiency in using technology for data management and reporting, with analytical skills to track branch performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve results under deadlines
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in housing finance or related financial services preferred
- Fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English; additional regional languages would be an advantage
