Responsibilities
- Processing, posting, and recording incoming supplier invoices in the ERP system
- Managing and maintaining master data
- Preparing payment proposals and processing inventory‑related accounting entries
- Supporting monthly closing activities, performing reconciliations and controls
- Recording manual journal entries and corrections
- Providing professional support in onboarding new team members
- Handling day‑to‑day issues and coordinating more complex cases
- Proposing process improvement ideas, maintaining documentation and knowledge base
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners
- Participating in internal and external audits, preparing reports and statements
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting (P2P experience is an advantage)
- Confident, active English skills (spoken and written)
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Precise, structured working style with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills
