As the Owner at WeAlwin Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will oversee all business operations, set strategic directions, and ensure the company meets its goals. You will manage teams, forge partnerships, ensure compliance, and lead innovation in the blockchain, AI, and development services industries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai.

• Extensive experience in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, Hyperledger, and Smart Contracts.
• Proficiency in web application technologies: MEAN/MERN/MEVN stacks, Python, Java frameworks, and LAMP technologies.
• Knowledge of mobile application development: Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.
• Demonstrated leadership with strategic planning, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, financial planning, and operational oversight skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client and partner relationships.
• Relevant experience in technology or software development industries is highly desirable.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
