Outreach Manager

• About the Role:Act as the relationship manager for recruiters in the Delhi campus, while supporting other campuses in cross-location outreach. Ensure strong recruiter retention and acquisition through regular engagement, placement coordination, and student-profile alignment.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, focusing on Delhi
• Acquire new recruiters and ensure smooth coordination for placement days
• Maximize placement numbers by aligning company needs with student skillsets
• Ensure recruiter satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback management
• Track engagement performance and report updates to both campus and analytics heads
• Collaborate with the student prep team to map recruiter expectations to student capabilities

Eligibility:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiter engagement, corporate relations, or business development
• Strong CRM usage experience and target tracking
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with placement systems and student-recruiter alignment processes
• Ability to multitask across campuses and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
