Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Representative in Chennai. The responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to promote and sell customized travel packages, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also entails identifying new business opportunities, attending networking events, and providing exceptional customer support during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and lead generation skills, including client engagement and negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, and familiarity with various travel destinations
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and meet sales quotas
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or software to manage client information and sales tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or customer service in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
