Role Overview

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings.

You will reach out to potential customers across Indian and international markets, introduce our product, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations with new prospects, handling objections, and converting outreach into sales opportunities.


What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential prospects through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Introduce Steps AI and clearly communicate the product’s value proposition
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities
  • Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in CRM tools
  • Handle objections and nurture prospects until they are ready for a meeting
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging and scripts


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, or outbound sales
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable doing daily outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to confidently speak with both Indian and international prospects
  • Comfortable handling rejection and continuing outreach efforts
  • Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach


Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Experience interacting with international customers
